1. To guarantee next day delivery, the order must be placed before 2 PM CT. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out Monday. Holidays will also have the emergency kit shipped the next official business day.
2. We will give you as much putty that we can fit into our impression kit (4 putty packs) You must take impressions with all of them to better the chances of you having an approved impression.
3. You must take your impressions the same day you receive your emergency night guard kit. Not doing so voids the 6-7 business day guarantee.
4. Once you take your impressions you must send photos of your impressions to the SportingSmiles email support at [email protected] with the subject line EMERGENCY NIGHT GUARD as soon as you email the photos, give SportingSmiles a call at 262-290-2396 to confirm we received them and have us approve the impressions over the phone. This can only be completed on a business day (Monday-Friday) and it must be done during business hours which are 8 AM - 4 PM CT.
5. Once approved you must go to your local FedEx to send them out back to us using the return label. This must be completed the same day that your impression kit comes, along with your impressions be approved. If not sent back in this timeframe this will void the 6-7 Business Day guarantee.

Is it hard to make the impressions at home? - We’ve helped thousands of people successfully make their at-home impressions using our kit. Because everyone’s mouth is different, it’s important to have an impression tray that adjusts. In 2011, we patented our adjustable tray to make it even easier to get a perfect impression. We include an extra set of impression material, just in case. You’ll want to watch the video and make sure you’ve got everything prepared properly. But in our experience, making the impression at home is much easier than scheduling an appointment, driving across town, sitting in a waiting room, and spending hundreds of extra dollars to have your orthodontist do this for you.
How long does it take to get my emergency night guard? - If all instructions are followed properly and your impressions approved you will receive your emergency night guard within 6-7 business days.
What if I change my mind and want to return the emergency kit? Because of the high cost of overnight shipping for the emergency kit, a $100 fee will be assessed if the kit has been sent and you wish to cancel the order. If both return labels have been used there will be an additional $70 fee assessed due to the high cost of shipping. If you want a refund during the process, make sure to call customer service who can work with you to find a solution.
What if I mess up on my impression? If you can't take an approved impression it will void the 6-7 business days of guranteeing your night guard. You may opt to receive more putty via overnight shipment but you will pay the fee of $55 or you can receive putty with FedEx 2-Day Shipping for $20.
Are your products BPA Free? - Yes! All our products (clear retainers, whitening trays, night guards, and mouthguards) are BPA, BPS, DEHP, and latex-free.
Does SportingSmiles accept HSA or Flex payment options? Yes!
