Return & Refund Policy

We hate to see you go! Our goal is to make our customers happy with our excellent line of products. We have thousands of happy customers and would like to make you one of them.

If you would like a refund, we will need the kit or product returned to us first.

We do not pay for shipping to return your item unless there is a prepaid return label in your kit.

Please make sure you put your name in with your return and the reason why the item is being returned. 

Once we receive the kit or item back, a refund less $15 for shipping and handling will be given. If there is a return label in the kit it can be used to return the kit back to us.

 If the product has an issue with fit, please contact us immediately and provide as much information as possible. We will then look at your impression and the stone model that we created. Lastly, we will determine if it is best to recreate another guard using the existing materials or to send you a replacement kit and start again.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy: SportingSmiles offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with our product we will create a new one for you free of charge. We only ask that you return the original product back to us to help us troubleshoot the problem. Our goal is to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rating and make sure that your experience with SportingSmiles is a positive one. If you have issues with your impression and let us know by phone or email, we will send you extra putty and tray for no charge. If we receive the impression and our lab tech feels that we can't use it to make a quality product, we can send you another kit for $15. The $15 covers the shipping and handling charges for the new kit.

Refund Policy: After the new guard is shipped and if there are still issues we will continue to work with you if you like, but if you don't want to continue to work with us we would gladly offer a refund, less $15 to cover the shipping and handling of the kit. We will need you to return the product back to us before a refund can be issued. The return label in the kit can be used to return the kit back to SportingSmiles. Refunds can only be given out 6 months from the original order date.
