This custom made mouth guard that is a Purple 3mm (.04in) thick guard. This mouthguard is designed for light contact sports (Basketball, Soccer, Baseball). Our mouth guards are made using an exact impression of your teeth, allowing for the most comfortable and best protection available. Our mouth guards are created in our own in house full time laboratory with a technician with 15+ years experience, under the direct supervision of a dentist with 30+ years experience. This is done to give you the best product available.

How it Works:
After you order your mouthguard we will send you a self impression kit. Included in the kit is a patented dental impression tray that can work on the upper or lower teeth. You will also receive a set of impression putty, instructions (video instruction online) and a prepaid postage label (domestic orders only). You simply follow the instruction on how to take the impression, fill out the return card, and place the prepaid label on the box. Your teeth guard will then be made in our dental lab and the finished athletic mouthguard will be shipped back to you. If you experience any issues taking the impression contact us before shipping the impression back to us.

Free 3-Way Shipping within the USA.
If you are outside of the United States we are unable to provide free return postage. You will need to return your impression to us at your own expense.

Whitening Add-On:
Included you will receive a second set of impression materials and additional tray.
