If our customers are dissatisfied with the quality or fit of their New, Custom Essix or Essix Plus Retainers, Teeth Grinding Guards, Athletic Guards or Whitening Trays we will address the issue, fix the problem or remake their product.
We are so confident in our products, and have lots of great reviews to prove it, that anyone who chooses Sporting Smiles for their orthodontic products will find that we exceeded their expectations.
- If you experience issues taking your impressions and need additional putty or trays, we are more than happy to ship our customers more for FREE!
- Please email us with your name, order # and request for additional putty and/or trays to: [email protected]
BEFORE YOU SEND BACK YOUR IMPRESSIONS:
- Take a picture of your impression and email it to us so our lab technician can verify it is usable to: [email protected]
- If we receive your impression and it is NOT usable, we CANNOT make a Perfect-Fit Product.
- If you did NOT email us a picture, we will not be able to provide you with more supplies for FREE.
- You will be required to start over by purchasing a new kit at a discounted price of $15.
- Our #1 goal is to get a good impression from you the first time which is why we put these check points in place.
If you experience issues with the fit, feel or any other problems with your final product, email us immediately at [email protected] and provide:
- Your name
- Your order #
- A picture of the product and problem
- Describe the problem is in as much detail as possible
30 DAY PERFECT-FIT WARRANTY:
Any problems emailed to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the final product are put into our warranty program to resolve.
ACTIONS WE TAKE:
- We gather your stone mold created by Sporting Smiles.
- We compare your findings to the mold.
- We call you to discuss & resolve the problem.
- We determine if it is best to remake another guard using your existing mold or to send you a replacement impression kit for FREE and start over to get a perfect-fit.
SPORTING SMILES REFUND POLICY:
If you experience issues with your final product, we ALWAYS want to make it right!
Our goal is to keep you smiling with the proper Orthodontic products as we would never want you to be without your retainer or guard.
If there is absolutely NO WAY to help resolve the problem, we will provide you with suggestions on connecting with a dentist or orthodontist and happily issue a refund for the product (not the shipping costs, including upgrading to RUSH).
For a refund to be completed, follow these steps:
- Return all unused materials such as putty and trays.
- Return all finished products (e.g. retainer, guard, whitening trays) including case, gels and other items.
- Return all of the above items to Sporting Smiles in the box which provided you with impression materials.
- A pre-paid return label is provided in every box.
- If there is NOT a pre-paid label, please contact us via email and we will issue you one to print off and attach.
- We can ONLY refund you for the final product when all unused supplies and final products are returned to our facility.
- Refunds are ONLY GIVEN 6 months after the original order date.
- Refunds will be given minus $15 to cover shipping and impression supplies.
- Orders with priority status that are refunded will be charged $25 to cover premium shipping costs.
